About the event
A State of Love is not about dating or romance in the usual sense. It is about zooming out — stepping beyond the narrow lens of dating culture and apps, and into a wider state of love as something embodied and lived.
Over two hours, we will work in the beautiful space of The Cross Barn, with the voice, simple practices, and shared presence to connect with love as an everyday ground, and come out of the session with tools for practice.
Two an a half hours of embodied practices and neuroscientific insights to get in touch with what is keeping us away from love and moving towards the opening to it and feeling love in our body as a generic medicine for the body and soul.
