Breathing & Meditation

In-person Event

I teach Breathing and Meditation at The West End Centre once a month. All sessions are themed and you can find them in the West End Centre Website. 

Sound Bath with Mediterranean Echoes

The resonance of bowls is combined with sounds of the sea, shells, lyre and other Mediterranean sounds, for a deep and watery state of relaxation.
