We will do a guided meditation resting into steadiness and connection with our inner fire, a way to listen deeply but also to feel that readiness and beauty of our own vitality and how we share it with others. In the second part, there will be a shamanic journey to feel that inner fire coming alive

About the event
The season is taking us inwards, and invites us to gather around warmth. We will do a guided meditation resting into steadiness and connection with our inner fire, a way to listen deeply but also to feel that readiness and beauty of our own vitality and how we share it with others.
In the second part, there will be a shamanic journey to feel that inner fire coming alive, so that we carry it through the darker months ahead.
Afterwards, you’re welcome to join for a relaxed drink and chat at The Alfred Free House, a short walk from the church.
Bring warm layers, something comfortable to sit or lie on, although we will have chairs and cushions, so not mandatory.
