Frensham Little Pond. A mindful time to move and feel nature. We’ll walk together in silence for about forty minutes around Frensham Little Pond. This is an invitation to slow down, to notice what’s around you, and to share the calm company of others without words. (We may want to speak after!)

About the event
A mindful time to move, listen, and feel nature.
We’ll walk together in silence for about forty minutes along the quiet paths around Frensham Little Pond. This is a simple invitation to slow down, to notice what’s around you, and to share the calm company of others without words. (We may want to speak after!).
No meditation experience is needed. There’s no agenda other than just walking, noticing, and being. Is not often that we spend time with others in silence.
Afterwards, we’ll sit for a few minutes by the water or at the café. You can stay for tea and conversation, or simply drift away quietly if that feels right.
